		<description>Also - veggie washing solution??  Running water and a scrubber.  Unless we live in the disease-ridden tropics, which we do not;  a weak solution of Permanganate of Potash aka Conde's Crystals is in order then, I believe.  They turn the water a pleasing pinky-purply shade and frighten away the microbes.  My father used to do a cunning object lesson with them.</description>
