It was a double Irish chain in shades of pink-- mostly dark, rosy or dusty pinks, not pale pastel or bright-- on an off-white ground. (Mine was a log cabin in shades of dark greens, dark pinks, and creams. They went together nicely on the bunk beds.) Anyway, it was a lovely quilt!
