It didn't turn out so well though... I should have had less juice, more water and more sugar. As it was it tasted a bit too virtuous, and I ended up giving most of it to the chickens. Would like to try making some with grape juice, though. The fakeness and lurid qualities of packet jelly are a little disturbing. Jelly like jelly.
